Summary

Spiritless is a line of distilled non-alcoholic spirits. Founded in 2019 by 3 savvy women resolved to offer smart new choices in the beverage industry. When demand overflowed for their first product the need for a site to serve all kinds of customers arose.

The approach

01Top-shelf design

Partaking in high-end spirits deserves a high-end experience. The Spiritless team committed early to creating a distinct brand. So when the first pass at their site design needed a lift - we stepped in. Our experience working with merchants in early start-up phases afforded us the know-how to dig deep and find the flexibility within their existing Shopify theme and push it to the limit. We uncovered opportunities to better showcase the brand and launch an unmistakable shopping experience.

02The perfect mix, retail + wholesale

We channelled our mixology powers to increase visibility of the Spiritless wholesale offering within their D2C site. To create a seamless and sensible funnel for selling and servicing wholesale customers online we developed easy account creation, customer tag structures, personalized content and prefix order and invoice processes. From draft orders and account approval to free samples for wholesalers, Spiritless is now able to automate and manage wholesale business from their Shopify admin.

By customizing their existing theme to allow for multi-visual content sections and leveraging blog sections to create recipe pages, Spiritless can easily create and publish a wide range of content.
